Abstract

 Job training is an effort to eliminate the occurrence of gaps between the elements that are owned by a workforce and the elements desired by the company. Research with the aim to determine how much influence the training and work placement on employee performance appraisal. Research data collected through method questionnaire to 62 respondent. analysis the data used is analysis regresion correlation and determination. Hypothesis test F is used to determine the effect simultaneously and the hypothesis test t is used to determine the effect partially. Based on multiple regression tests, equation is obtained Y=1,276+ 0,432 X1+ 0,530 X2.value correlation amounting to 0.861 and determination of 0.741, meaning training program and placement work in a manner simultaneous give away contribution to achievement assessment employee amounting to 74.1% and 25.9% more influenced by other factors that don't discussed on research.
