STRATEGI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PRODUK PADA CALIFORNIA FRIED CHICKEN (CFC) CBD CILEDUG

AbstractIn the increasingly high level of competition. Every company is required to be able to create the right strategy in order to be competitive in winning the competition, especially in terms of product quality. High product quality to excel in business competition. The product is said to be of quality if it can meet the needs and exceed the expectations of consumers or customers. The impact caused by high product quality is that the product is still in demand by consumers so that it still exists in the market. The purpose of this research is to increase sales of California Fried Chicken (CFC) products. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study, CFC prioritizes product quality by equalizing the quality standards of local products so that it can be coupled with fast-food fried chicken products from America such as KFC. CFC is known for its delicious and savory fried chicken flavors, also provides other menus. There are four basic concepts that form the basis for the control of product quality, namely: Discipline, Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. CFC continues to strive to improve the quality of its products so that they can be consumed according to the tastes and desires of consumers, including; improvement of product quality, improvement of characteristics, diversity of products, and refinement of patterns. The conclusion is that CFC has the quality of ready-to-eat food products that are well in accordance with international restaurant product standards, such as KFC. For this reason, various efforts have also been made by CFC to be able to maintain product quality amid business competition.
