AbstractThe low level of employee discipline can be seen from the level of violations of the discipline of civil servants that have been regulated in the applicable regulations. In practice, there is a lack of uniformity in the application of penalties for violations of obligations or prohibitions. The purpose of this paper is to find out how the procedure for imposing disciplinary sentences of Civil Servants in the BKN environment, to find out whether the disciplinary sentences imposed on civil servants, both formally and materially, are in accordance with applicable regulations and to find out legal remedies. can be done by a civil servant sentenced to discipline. This research method is normative juridical research. The conclusions of this study are, 1. The process of administering disciplinary administrative sanctions in the Civil Service Agency based on Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010 concerning Civil Servants Discipline and Regulation of the Head of State Civil Service Agency Number 21 of 2010 concerning Provisions for Implementing Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010 concerning Discipline of Civil Servants; 2. Providing disciplinary administrative sanctions Civil Servants in the State Civil Service Agency often get constraints such as the length of the process that must be taken in giving sanctions. Enforcement of disciplines must also be confronted by other litigant parties such as the Plaintiff and Defendant. 3. Giving administrative sanctions to the discipline of Civil Servants in the BKN environment has fulfilled the requirements, both formally and materially.
