ANALISIS KUALITAS MAHASISWA PROGRAM SARJANA STIE SWADAYA DALAM PENCAPAIAN PENDIDIKANNYA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE PARTIAL LEAST SQUARE

AbstractEducation is important to improve human resources. However, to realize this goal it turns out that there are many factors that influence the achievement of education so research is needed in the field of education. This study aims to analyze the quality of students, especially S1 STIE Swadaya Jakarta students in their educational attainment by looking at the factors that influence them simultaneously, both direct and indirect influences. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) method in the Structural Equation Model (SEM). This study uses STIE Swadaya student data from 2012/2013 to 2015/2016 with 6 latent variables and 26 manifest variables. The results of the measurement model show that not all relationships of latent variables are significant for manifest variables. The results on the structural model show that only the indirect effect of the Learning Environment (LB) on motivation is significant at the 10% level while other indirect effects and all other direct effects on student quality show no significant relationship.
