AbstractTourism village is one of the village programs that aims to create a village to attract tourists to come and visit the village. The arrival of tourists is expected to increase village income and improve the quality of life of the people in the tourist village. This study aims to determine community empowerment through training conducted through the Tourism Village Assistance program held in the village of Tarumaja Kertasari District, Bandung Regency, South Bandung Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of descriptive study. This training program is a manifestation of higher education in an effort to support Human Resources in tourism. The training model is that tourism vocational-based training is expected to be able to improve the skills of the local village's Human Resources so that they are able to manage the village which was originally formed until it is developed into a Tourism Village. It can be concluded that after this training the community was able to turn their village into a tourist destination by utilizing the village's human and natural resources.
